Very good condition. Upgraded tires (Goodyear), leaf springs, stabilizers and seat cushions. 5500 lbs, dry weight. We have been pulling it with a Chevy half-ton pickup with a 5.3L motor with no issues. Includes weight-distributing hitch and adjustable sway-bar. Currently winterized. Just needs a battery, but everything will work with shore power. We are looking to maybe get a class B camper van so we don't need this unit anymore.
