Two A/C units on 50 Amp service. Electric/Propane Refrigerator. 6-gallon propane water heater. Smart TV in living room that can flip around for viewing in the master bedroom. New Goodyear Endurance tires installed in April 2025 and new 12v bolt installed in May 2025. The trailer has signs of wear and tear from camping with the family but is in overall good condition. I am the original owner and everything on the trailer works except the electric stabilizers (they must be manually lowered/raised). The couch in the living room started to delaminate so a sofa cover was put on top of it. After 10 years of camping with this trailer, we are moving to a fifth wheel camper.
