We bought this rv January 2021. We lived in it for 1 year while we built our house. Since have used it sparingly.

The main slide out cover was damaged in a storm earlier this year and while getting a new slide out cover installed, the rv repair company mentioned that we could possibly get a whole new roof membrane installed under insurance as well. So now it also has a $14,000 roof membrane installed as well.
