The upholstery on the U-shaped couch and captain chairs are "flaking." The couch behind driver seat is perfect. No Pets and Never Lived in.

I purchased in summer of 2023 and have not used 1 time. Did same thing with a Toy Hauler trailer bought in 2020 never used it once then sold at a loss a few years later.

A 1-year Good Sam extended warranty is available for $3500 if somebody needs extra piece of mind.

These are the items which it needs:

1- Upholstery on U-shaped couch and 2 front seats. I have seat covers on front seats.

2- No mattress as I threw away after purchase but never replaced.

Simply put this is a great RV at a great price. I probably priced it too cheap compared to other similar units, but I did price it to move fast.
