Impeccably maintained and super clean, with only 17000 miles and 96 hours on the Onan 4000 generator. No smoking, no kids or pets.  Many upgrades and improvements, including new flooring with hardwood trim, new A/C unit and one year old tires. All seating surfaces have been replaced and all lighting has been upgraded to LED. There is a large custom built pantry next to the fridge to allow storage for a large amount of food and supplies. The bedroom features a queen size Sleep Number mattress and generous cabinet storage for clothing. The top cabinet is wired for a TV if desired. The bathroom features a sliding glass shower door, water saving shower head and a Luxe Bidet installed on the porcelain toilet. There is also an outdoor shower. The generator is in excellent operating condition and has been well maintained using synthetic oil and has been exercised monthly under load when the unit is stored. It also has had custom exhaust run to accomodate a Gen Turi venting system. This is a system that takes the generator exhaust gasses up above the roofline of the RV. There are no more fumes to worry about and the generator can be safely run while sleeping. There is also a factory installed vent installed in generator door which allows the generator to get maximum airflow and run at cooler operating temperatures. The Ford Titan V10 engine runs flawlessly and has been well maintained using Mobile One synthetic oil and filters. A new alternator and belt tensioner were just installed after being inspected by my mechanic as a precursor to being put up for sale. The suspension has been upgraded with a Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer and a heavy duty Roadmaster front sway bar. Both were professionally installed and provide a night and day difference to the handing and driving characteristics over the stock components. There are two slideouts. One for the bedroom and one for the living area. Each has a slide topper installed. There are also Maxx Air covers on all the roof vents so the can be left open when it is raining.
The unit was taken to the Thor factory last year for a thorough inspection and had any issues found professionally repaired. This unit has zero issues or problems. Every component and appliance of both the RV and the Ford E450 chassis and engine work exactly as they should. The frame and underbody are clean, and in fact, many factory labels are in like new condition on the suspension and frame. There is a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system for each of the six tires and four additional sensors that I used for my towed vehicle. It also has a Level Mate Pro Plus system installed. This connects to an app on your phone and precisely shows which corner of the RV is low, taking the guesswork out of leveling at the campsight.
There are a few exterior cosmetic blemishes. The graphics are beginning to show the normal sun effects. There are 2 scratches on the rear side and the hinge is partially bent on the dump station door.
