2007 Newmar Mountaineer 4528. Bath and a half, one owner Coach.  450hp Cummins diesel. Upgraded ISM engine.  240,000 miles. We are motivated sellers!!! New tires in 2024 with less than 2000 miles on them. New batteries less than three months old. Stackable washer, dryer, rooftop ACs have been replaced. They blow very cold. Dash AC blows cold. Aqua Hot works perfectly. Leveling system works fine. New headlamps. Residential refrigerator, Onan generator has 458 hours. It runs fine. Brand new king mattress and bedding, never used. New carpet & plank bedroom flooring. Two new electric leather recliners. Just put in last month, still have sofa sleeper in storage along with booth dinette. New dinette chairs, New Villa leather driver seat and passenger seat- six way. No oil leaks on
