The frame and engine are Ford F-53 light truck and Triton 6.8L V10 respectively so engine and chassis work can be done at a Ford dealership. The engine and running gear are extremely low miles and have been checked out by the Ford dealer.

The exterior is in good shape with only the expected weathering to the paint and decals.

The interior is clean and in very good shape albeit somewhat dated since it is a 2006 design. It has two slides that make it spacious. The slides work well.

It has a full range of appliances that are in working order including range, oven, fridge, large propane tank, and AC.
