Our travel trailer has new tires and had an end-to-end inspection conducted in April;

All receipts are available. This is a wonderful travel trailer. Have a few extras that I will

include that you will not get from a dealer (and you certainly won't get decent tires).

Will also consider including the Stabilizer Hitch. All of the original Owner's Manuals are included.

The Black tank has never had sewage in it, so just like brand new. It was winterized

both winters that we owned it, and was covered with a Fitted Travel Trailer Tarp,

which I will also consider including. I have other accessories for sale (e.g. generator, etc.)

that are available for additional cost.

Everything in perfect working order. What I most love about this Travel Trailer:

* Easy to Tow

* Full use of the Kitchen & Dining Table whether the Slide is extended or not

* Large Electric Awning

* Murphy bed is a great use of space and converts to a sofa when not in use

* Tankless Water Heater - never run out of hot water

* Solar Panels keep batteries charged; fantastic for boondocking - even during non-use times

* Tall Shower - I am 6'1" and can use the shower just fine

* Large Refrigerator / Freezer

This travel trailer is like new - you will get a better feel of layout and features via those links than I could create with 50 of my own pics; however, if you want specific pics, I am happy to take those and send them.

** NOTE: My unit does NOT have the RECLINERS in the SLIDE - it has a Dining Table

with wrap-around seating - The Table pancakes flat very easily to quickly convert to

another sleeping space. And again, the table and/or sleeping space is usable whether

the slide is extended or not. **

** I don't think it would be an extrodinary amount of money to convert the slide back to recliners, but I will check with the GD dealer where I bought my unit **

We were preparing to head to Alaska again, but just found out that I need another back

surgery / fusion in my lower back, so that nixes our trip this year and in the near future.
