Our travel trailer has new tires and had an end-to-end inspection conducted in April.

This is a wonderful travel trailer. Have a few extras that I will include, that you will not get from

a dealer (and you certainly won't get decent tires from a dealer). Will also consider including the

Stabilizer Hitch.

Ready to head to Alaska again, but just found out that I need another back surgery / fusion

in my lower back, so that nixes our trip this year. Hope we can try again someday.

The Black tank has never had sewage in it, so just like brand new. It was winterized

both winters that we owned it, and was covered with a Fitter Travel Trailer Tarp,

which I will also consider including. I have other accessories for sale (e.g. generator, etc.)

that will not be included in the sale for the original price.

Non-smoking, no pets, no kids . just me and the Mrs. Everything in perfect working order. What

I most love about this Travel Trailer:

* Easy to Tow

* Full use of the Kitchen & Dining Table whether the Slide is extended or not

* Large Electric Awning

* Murphy bed is a great use of space and converts to a sofa when not in use

* Tankless Water Heater - never run out of hot water

* Tall Shower - I am 6'1" and can use the shower just fine

** NOTE: My unit does NOT have the RECLINERS in the SLIDE - it has a Dining Table

with wrap-around seating - The Table pancakes flat very easily to quickly convert to

another sleeping space. And again, the table and/or sleeping space is usable whether

the slide extended or not. **
