Like-new condition inside and out. We bought this from a family friend who passed away after buying it brand new in Columbus Ohio and had a neighbor bring it to our home in Columbia County, NY with the intention to use it as a guest cottage on our property. After renovating our home, we realized its too large and imposing on our little lot and think its best to sell it to someone who can actually use it.
