Description

2019 Airstream Globetrotter 27 footer owned by 2 seniors with no pets, no children, no smoking, no shoes, no scratches, no dents.

Airstream installed options:

Two Air-conditioners verified to keep you cool in the summertime in the Southwest desert and the heat and humidity of Florida. One A/C won't do it. They are both ducted and quiet.

Convection M/W with the propane oven. You need the M/W and you need the oven more than you need another drawer. My wife stores pots and pans in the oven then removes them to bake bread.

Solar package. Keeps the batteries charged for lights, fans, music and TV whether or not you have electric hookups. Keeps those AGM batteries alive and well even in storage.

Additional:

Splendide Vented, fully plumbed-in, fully automatic, washer/dryer. Run a load of whatever you and your wife wore today while having a glass of wine. No more laundromats. No more washing your clothes in the sink. Keeps you from spending 3 hours of your vacation at the laundromat. Not to mention the cost is zero with full hookups. BTW: This is the only Airstream on the planet with a fully automatic, vented, plumbed in Splendide Washer/Dryer. No one without experience would attempt to drill a 4" vent hole through a $140K RV.

9 windows with motorized blackout blinds. Zone 1 includes all blinds in living room. Zone 2 includes all blinds in the bedroom. Zone 3 includes all blinds on the driver side of the Airstream in case you need to block out the neighbor. Press a button in the morning to open the dining room windows. Press a button for privacy while dressing. Press the button again to restore the view. You will not be opening and closing the Airstream provided curtains on a whim. With motorized blinds you open or close the blinds on a whim. View the video https://youtu.be/t6Qi5R_NQes.

Replaced useless toilet seat with Toto 500 series washlet. Heated water, heated seat, seat opens when you enter bathroom. Of course the Toto only does its magic when on shore power. When it's not on shore power it reverts to a useless toilet seat.

All lower doors replaced with full extension, soft close, 100lbs Blum drawer slides. The storage areas under the beds and seating areas require you to get down on your knees to get/put things in them. With full extension drawers you simply open the drawer, reach down and get what you need.

Dyson V7 Car and Boat Vacuum with attachments for keeping your living space spotless.

Extra shelves in clothing storage areas. There are two clothes storage areas over the foot of the bed with 2 shelves each. We added 2 more shelves in each closet allowing you flexibility for separating socks, underwear, shorts and shirts rather than piling them all in the same bin.

Installed an additional shelf, not visible except in the bed room, above the drivers side bed for more clothes storage.

Handles installed on all cabinet doors. The Globetrotter overhead cabinet doors have no handles. No problem, you just grab the door and raise it. Unfortunately, grabbing the door while camping will inevitably mean cleaning the grease and dirt from the white door front. Acrylic decorator handles installed on all overhead cabinets eliminates this issue.

Zip-de Solar shade added to motorized awning. The motorized awning is fantastic, but it turns out that an overhead awning only blocks the sun at high noon. Most of the time the sun is at an angle which defeats the awning. A solar shade hanging down from the awning blocks that sun and still allows for a view. The Solar Shade screen panel blocks up to 85% of the suns heat and glare and the unique weave allows visibility out while preventing others from seeing in. Can be unsnapped and stored away or simply rolled up with the motorized awning.

Fantastic fan cover added to roof. Not sure why every RV manufacturer does not include a vent fan protective cover over each vent fan. They advertise that any sign of moisture closes the vent protecting the fan. But that is not what we want. We need the vent fan to run when it is raining in the hot Florida night, or on the beach in LA when the marine layer is so dense it shuts off the fan. We don't want water damage in the Airstream, but we want the fan to run, cooling and providing air flow to the Airstream.

Large mirror installed on bathroom door. Everyone needs to know what they look like before going out.

Wireless headphones on both TV's. Let's face it, TV speakers are not hi-fidelity and there are many times only one of you are watching/listening, or you are both listening but at different volumes. Senheiser solves all of these issues.

Replaced stainless steel kitchen sink with composite granite sink. My wife thinks it makes a big difference.

Put a teak floor in the shower. My wife thinks it makes a difference.
