LOT NOT AVAILABLE: Due to campground regulations and an existing waitlist, the current campsite/lot is NOT transferable.

CAMPER REMOVAL: The camper MUST BE RELOCATED by the buyer within 7 days of the official sale date. We understand this requires coordination, and we are flexible on setting the exact sale date to help with this timeline if it's a concern for you.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT: Payment can be made by personal check (camper will be released once funds have fully cleared) or by cashier's check.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
