All new issues have been fixed properly. It has 2 ac units, 5500 generator, solar prepped with Solar panel and 30 gal on board gas tankNo issues at all with this unit, decided we want a 5th wheel now.

Things that have been added
-new Hartland all steel 16ply tires
-trailer has been ceramic coated
-new hardware on all cabinets 
-backsplash in kitchen And bathroom
-oxygen ice shower head with attaching it to ceiling
-new bathroom sink faucet (swivels and is taller than oem)
-keyless entry on both doors (keyed alike)
-(2) 40 inch smart tvs(would like to keep these depending on deal)
-master bedroom windows have been limo tinted (glueless kind so can just be taken off easily if wanted)
- both grey tanks are now linked together for total of 60gals.
-dimmer switch on living room lights
-maxxair rain guards on both vents
-cover will be included

I will be including the equalizer 16k hitch setup as we wont be needing that. 2 1/2 shank setup. Pulls great with this hitch.

I will also be keeping the master bedroom mattress for next trailer.
