Due to new job opportunity that's no longer remote, we're selling our meticulously maintained 2024 Grand Design Solitude 310GK fifth wheel. Acquired new, this RV is in exceptionally clean condition and comes fully outfitted with all features already installed, making it truly turn-key. You dont have to do any work because we already did!! A strict no-shoes-worn-inside policy, ensuring the interior remains in excellent shape. We've always been diligent with routine maintenance and maintaining a smooth running rig.

-Climate Control: 35,000 BTU furnace and three (3) ACs, providing ample cooling for Florida or Arizona summers (tested in both and I never have to use more than the low setting). One AC unit also functions as electric heat, effective down to 40°F, with an electric fireplace adding warmth and ambiance.

-Power: Includes two solar panels with accompanying batteries for off-grid capabilities. Please note: This unit does not have generator prep, as many campgrounds restrict their use anyway.

Kitchen & Bath: steel kitchen with a large oven that fits a full-size baking pan (24"), a full-sized 12V refrigerator with an automatic ice maker, and a dedicated pantry for ample storage. It's also dishwasher prepped. The bathroom features a one-piece fiberglass shower with a glass door and a porcelain toilet.

-Water Heater & Propane: unlimited hot showers with tankless water heater, which also heats up water quickly. Includes two 30 lb (7-gallon) propane tanks - seems very efficient to me one person showering daily and cooking lasts 2 months when not using the heater.

-Entertainment System: Features two smart Roku TVs (the living room TV is on a televator), indoor and outdoor speakers, and a built-in radio.

-Exterior Conveniences: Includes a quick-connect propane port outside for grills or other appliances, as well as two exterior spray ports

-Bedroom: Queen size bed with under-bed storage, nightstands with close access to power and USB. Features an upgraded mattress (not the flat factory standard).

-Essential Inclusions: Necessary water hoses, black tank clean-out hoses, standard electric cable, plus a 25' 50 amp extension cable. Includes 30-amp and 15-amp "dogbone" adapters. Hoses feature pressure regulators, quick disconnects, and new seals. The sewer hose, along with clear adapter fittings, can be included if desired. Also includes a 50 amp watchdog surge protector and spare replacement electronics.

-Maintenance & Records: Black and gray tanks were professionally cleaned in March 2025 (proactive, not due to an issue). We have regularly washed and waxed the RV every 3 months. We had the ACs professionally cleaned in March, inside filters are washed every 4 months. Wheel bearings were serviced Etc.

-Safety & Setup Extras: Furrion Vision S 3-Camera Wireless RV Backup System (rear and side cameras), 4 wheel chocks, 4 landing pads, and 6 leveling blocks.

Towing: MORryde CRE3000 suspension system, self-adjusting brakes, and a MORryde pin box that will provide smooth towing

This RV is not one that has been sitting on a lot or in storage disintegrating and drying out. While lived in by one person (no kids), it was only moved occasionally. All systems have been tested and kinks worked out; the rig has been reliable after its maiden voyage tweaks.
