Full kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, pantry, stove, oven, microwave, and lots of cupboard space. A living room with electric fireplace under a TV and reclining couches. Master bedroom with lots of storage with a queen size bed with storage underneath (includes thick residential mattress if you want it as well as the original one). Full bathroom with a shower. Garage has a second half bath as well as a couch and queen mattress that retract up to the ceiling (also have another residential mattress). Back door folds down to a ramp or can be held open with fencing to create a great porch space with a powered awning over it.

Exterior has a large pass-through storage space (fit tools, air compressor, hoses, power cables, etc.). There are also two awnings on the side and an entrance into the living space and separate one into the garage.

All components are in full working order, the only issues I'm aware of are a tear in the couch seats and a crack in one of the cabinet door glass panels.

This camper includes an awesome and quiet Onan generator with 2.5 hours on it. Generator feeds from an included gas tank that can also be used to fuel your toys!

Regular completed preventative maintenance including roof inspections, cleaning both AC units, and lubrication of slides and other moving parts. The camper had the bearings professionally re-packed last summer and the water heater was recently replaced for the exact factory model.

Included are all the parts to get yourself started including exterior sealants, tank drain hoses and stands, portable drain tank, leveling blocks, and some other bits (if you want them).
