We are the original and sole owners of this 2022 Jayco Pinnacle 32RLTS purchased new on October 29th, 2022 at RV Connections in Dothan, AL. It is Jayco's top-of-the-line 5th wheel. We have thoroughly enjoyed our travels and adventures for the last 30 months but the birth of our first grandchild has us settling down in NC and giving up the RV lifestyle. The interior features a spacious and luxurious modern living area that includes a queen sofa sleeper, an electric fireplace, a telescoping 50" smart tv, a stereo system, and two reclining theater style seats with heat/massage. Big picturesque windows allow for great viewing opportunities of nature. The fully equipped kitchen has a Whirlpool residential side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, as well as residential sized microwave, 4-burner gas stove and oven, solid surface kitchen countertops, a kitchen island with a farm sink, residential-grade pull out kitchen faucet, and a pantry. There is lots of storage for dishes and pots and pans, ample for full-time living. There is a separate coffee station/bar with additional storage. The dining table comfortably seats two and expands to seat 4.The 5th wheel has stylish vinyl flooring throughout and a central vacuum system. The bathroom is complete with a large shower, skylight, and built-in teak seat, a porcelain toilet with a footflush, soft-close cabinetry, and a backlit LED mirror. Bedroom has an upgraded custom king mattress with storage space underneath, cedar lined closets, built-in laundry hamper, flip up hidden storage in dresser, and overhead cabinetry alongside a 32" firestick tv. Closet area prepped for washer/dryer. A BMPro provides bluetooth technology to operate systems or you can choose to download the app and operate from your phone. The 32RLTS also comes equipped with JAYCOMMAND (a voice-activated system for controlling lights, ac, and furnace.) Ample USB and electrical outlets are found throughout and all cabinetry is hardwood.

Exterior features include two 15,000 BTU Whisper Quiet A/C units, custom automotive-grade vinyl exterior graphics package, two electric patio awnings with LED lights, three 40-pound propane tanks, 40,000 BTU furnace, elec/gas hot water heater, 12 v heaters on all holding tanks, fully enclosed universal docking center, pass through storage, 6-point hydraulic auto-leveling system, powered 50 amp cord reel, purified drinking water system, another tv (making that 3 total with the unit), Goodyear Endurance tires, MORryde pin box, hydraulic disc brakes, two rooftop solar panels, and so much more.
