This 2022 MDC AUSRV X15, served our family of four (Dad, Mom, 16 year old daughter, 14 year old son) as we explored New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Alaska, the Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. We pulled it with our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it towed like a dream. My two-word description: LUXURIOUSLY CAPABLE!

We like to camp off-grid, on logging and mining roads, and the X15 was built to get there. In true Australian-design fashion, there is organized storage for everything you need, and yet the trailer's size still allows you to explore those tight trails. The pull out kitchen is my wife's favorite part with everything you need to prepare meals surrounded by nature. But, if nature is not cooperating, there is a secondary sink and two-burner stove inside. My favorite part is the amount of storage for equipment and gear. Plus, let's be honest, exploring rugged destinations is always better with an indoor toilet and a hot shower and comfortable bed waiting for you at the end of the day. MDC says, "Built tough for the Australian outback but perfect for American adventures, this hardtop hybrid is designed for off-road performance without sacrificing comfort," and they were not exaggerating! These trailers are built with an over-the-top strong frame and incredibly capable independent suspension.

This trailer does include the HUGE annex that can be attached to the passenger side of the trailer and the shower tent for the secondary shower (external) on the driver's side. The larger annex has never been used. We used the shower tent to store our skis in during the winter.
