Come see this home away from home.  Perfect couples trailer.  Full kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge (gas/electric), and ample cabinet space.  Bedroom is in the front with a full queen size Sealy Performance mattress,  over head storage, and wardrobes on each side.  Large storage area under the bed.  The large bathroom is in the rear with sink, toilet, linen closet, and large shower.  The living area has one large slideout, which includes the U-shaped dinnette and two recliners.  The dinnette has  ample storage under the three benches, and will also lower to be additional bed if needed.  The sitting area has two comfortable recliners with drink holders and storage in the armrest.  All 4 tires and the spare were replaced in March of 2023 with Goodyear Endurance tires. Also kept one tire as a second spare.  Included will be fresh water hose, and black tank hose and connections.

Note 1: there is cosmetic damage on the trim in one spot around the fridge due to condensation drain tube accidentally getting tuck inside.
Note 2:  one of the recliners has some of the typical RV recliner peeling.
