This 2017 Thor Four Winds 31W is a one owner, well maintained coach, in great shape. We are non-smoking, no pets, and no children. This unit has the 3TRAX in wall max slide from the dining/living room to the bedroom.

The entire unit has vinyl flooring. The sofa is a leatherette jack knife which folds down to create a bed. The dinette table also converts to a bed. The TV is a mounted 43 LED over the cab area with storage on each side and behind the TV. The DVD is in this storage as well with a new cable box for digital/analog switching.

The kitchen has a double stainless-steel sink with a pull-out faucet, recessed 3-burner gas stove, oven, convection microwave, storage galore, and a pantry. Overhead vent newly replaced. Opposite the stove is a 16-cube foot residential refrigerator new install 2024.

The bathroom area features a solid door with a built-in towel rack, a foot flush porcelain toilet, a shower with glass door, skylight in shower, a linen closet, sink with vanity storage, medicine cabinet with mirror, and a ceiling vent.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, lots of storage and hanging closets, nightstands on each side, and a mounted TV at the foot of the bed.

Outside is an outdoor shower, a new awning with a new sunshade extension, and a 32 TV. Backup camera is new as well. Leveling jacks' hydraulic fluid replaced and serviced in the last six months.

This is a well-kept unit with lots of features. Last outing was Jan/Feb 25 in Ocala Florida. We have really enjoyed this coach. Time to give it though. We have aged out of driving the unit and set-up gets more and more difficult. Our loss your gain.
