Lovingly cared for camper with lots of space and storages for family camping, and high clearance, off road tires (with full spare) great for getting on forest roads and using for hunting/fishing/hiking. Propane heater keeps you warm in the shoulder seasons (comes with 2 20 lb tanks) and ceiling fan keeps it cool in summer. We have used both at campgrounds connected to 20 amp service, as well as boondocking, both with great results. Camper includes:

-1 king 1 queen slide out beds. Both have original heated mattresses in perfect condition, will include foam we used for extra cushioning if desired.

-Kitchen table and couch each convert to twin size beds. Table includes extenstion to increase surface area.

-Front storage deck for easy hauling and gear access

-Clean refrigerator that works perfectly. We often used it as extra dry food storage with a cooler for perishable foods.

-3 burner propane stove

-Outdoor propane grill that mounts to the camper, with integrated propane line

-Propane powered water heater

-Outdoor shower

-High pressure hose

-Bluetooth/aux cable compatible stereo with inside/outside speakers

-Drive X RV cell signal booster installed.

-Zamp 200w solar panel

-Awning on door side

-Cassette toilet (removed a cabinet to create storage space), and we have appreciated how much less space this takes compared to the indoor toilet/shower model. Subtract $150 from price if you do not want it.

-Swagman hitch receiver included that can be bolted to the front deck for a compatible bike rack (not included)

Closed length is 12', dry weight of ~2,600 lb. We pulled this with an older Toyota Sequioa without issue. More photos available upon request, feel free to reach out with questions!
