Im selling my 2015 Surveyor by Forest River, model M-321BHTS. It has a bunkhouse in the back, which is great for kids. Two bunk beds plus a queen-size floor bed or it folds into a couch. The table turns into a bed. The couch pulls out into another bed. The master bedroom has sliding doors for privacy. I have a family of six and we all fit very comfortably but you can sleep up to 10. The unit has been well maintained and everything works with no almost issues. the refrigerator handle has a crack in it. Easy fix. also I just realized that the awning fabric is torn. That is already a replacement as they do not last more than a few years I've found on almost any trailer. The mechanism is fine it's just the fabric that needs to be changed. Something that can be purchased from camping world or similar supplier. Its well insulated and handles both freezing and hot temperatures, especially with the help of the air-conditioning unit. I recently had the entire exterior detailed and polished. There was some oxidation, but we were able to remove about 80% of it. The interior is very clean, as like I said, its been well taken care of. after every camping trip we detailed it and cleaned it out. There is no weird smells or stains. We haven't used it in the past few years sadly since our kids are now older. It has three slides and weighs roughly 7,300 pounds. this is a very clean travel trailer and built very sturdy. As you can see in one of the photos I also added a truck box to the back rack that's great for extra storage.

It has powered leveling jacks which is nice. You just push a button and they all go down until they hit the ground.
