One owner 2015 Jayco Eagle fifth wheel, model # 323LKTS, was bought new in 2016. It features 3 slide-outs and a rear electric fireplace and entertainment center. As you enter the rv, the kitchen area is straight ahead and includes a refrigerator, microwave, three burner stove with an l-shaped hard surface counter that offers additional space for food prep with a double sink. Along one wall in the kitchen, is a roomy pantry and a bench with shelves above. In the slide-out on the opposite side of the kitchen, there is a free-standing table with 4 chairs. There is also an over-stuffed leather chair with ottoman. The sofa in the living room is newly reupholstered .Up the stairs to the left is the bathroom which contains a large shower, linen cabinet ,medicine cabinet and toilet. The bedroom can be entered from the hallway or from door in the bathroom. Inside the slide in the bedroom is a queen bed with recently replaced mattress. Bedroom also has a dresser, sliding mirrors to the closet with built in shelves .The storage shelves on the right can be used for a washer/dryer combo. The bedroom has it's own a/c unit. Outside there is an extra large awning and several storage compartments. The fifth wheel also has a self-leveling feature.
