2014 Forest River Rockwood ROO 23IKSS. This camper is no longer in production and well sought after model. We are the second owners and are just too busy to utilize the camper anymore. It is in really good shape and we just bought new mattresses for the bunk ends. Two slide outs. Big fridge and freezer. The center island has a ton of storage and one of its greatest features - makes dishwashing a breeze. There is a lot of other storage throughout this camper Both ends are queen size beds and the couch can sleep two as well. The dinette makes into a bed also although we never needed to do this with our family of 5. TV and stereo also work. It has an outside shower, AC, furnace and everything works. Just installed a new water pump. The awning is original. The camper does not leak. There is one small scrape on the passenger side from the original owner that doesn't affect the operation (see photo). We just bought a new cover for it last fall and we can discuss the equalizer hitch if needed. According to NADA this camper has a value of $15,280. Asking $13,200 OBO and need to sell.
