2012 Jayco Eagle 313RKS polar 4 season 5th wheel. Very Clean and very well maintained. AC works amazingly. Fridge and furnace are great as well. Carpet and furniture in excellent condition. The bathroom is super roomy and well set up. The quality of this trailer is so nice, much more well made than many of the new ones today. And so much storage! Makes it so much easier to organize things.

It has been professionally inspected every Spring and Fall. New awning installed last fall. Tires in great shape. 35' overall length. We are the 2nd owners. Everything is original and in excellent condition. No water leaks ever.

We have loved this trailer and will be sad to see it go.
