Selling our 2002 31ft Coachmen Santara. This was purchased and used for travel nursing for the last few years. Great size. Not too big, not too small. Because we were living in it as travel nurses, we ripped out the old dingy couch and dining table and and replaced them with a more compact easy to store while driving, table and a large ikea couch (new/replacement covers easily purchased from ikea if you want a new look). We replaced the old linoleum and carpeted flooring with vinyl plank and new carpet. We also replaced the faucets and sinks (they used to be that odd yellow color), the light fixtures with something more modern, and removed and replaced all of the old gold cabinet hardware. It is currently winterized and has a complete water system check by Camping World before it was winterized to make sure there were no leaks. The roof has been sealed within the last couple of years. Mechanically sound with low miles. New tires since we purchased it in 2022.
