I have a one owner really nice Jumping Jack with a 12' tent and many extras. See pic for list of extras. There is one small tear in the a flap. The flap does not protect the living space. The living space is nice and does not leak. I have only used for 4 elk hunts and have travelled less than 3000 miles with it. I have purchased a new travel trailer so this needs to find it's next adventure. Title in hand, tires are excellent. FYI, this is a beast Blackout. These are not trailer tires, they are truck tires, LT235's.
