2019 ATC 8.5x28 Front Bedroom

For Sale, my One-Owner ATC purchased in 2019. Located in the DFW area of Texas.

I find that Im not utilizing the toy hauler anymore +7Y T(its been over 2 years since Ive had it on the road!), so that and my deteriorating eyesight (glaucoma is a bummer), Ive decided its time to sell.

Im adding the quote/spec sheet from the order (which shows the additional options I added to the order) to the included files. Some of those options include:

1. Light Pewter premium color (light color helps reduce heat from the Texas sun)

2. 3-season plumbing protection (heaters)

3. HappiJac sofa/bed

4. Full factory carpeting

5. Dual 15,000 BTU A/C

6. Extra insulation in ceiling, walls, and floor (spray-on)

7. 5.5KW ONAN Generator with 35 Gal tank and Fuel station

8. MaxxAir ceiling vents in kitchen and bathroom

The following extras have been added:

1. ProPride 3P anti-sway weight distribution hitch with 1400# bars. This is a $3695 hitch and includes the newer model spring jacks, and a lot bar (makes the trailer moveable without the hitch on the truck (used at a shop where they dont have the ProPride stinger).

2. Henrys Tropi-Cool roof coating. In 2024, a hail storm caused the roof to be replaced by Insurance, so I figured as it was all new aluminum (and a heavier gauge than standard), Id give it the Tropi-Cool coating to thoroughly seal it (its a silicone based coating), and its bright white which will also help reduce solar heating from the roof.

3. New Heartland tires (Discount Tire) installed 2023 after 2 blow-outs (on the same trip!) of the original China Bombs (search through the ATC Facebook group to find out why no one liked them!). Spare is a Goodyear Endurance.

4. 2 New batteries installed in 2023.
