Bought it used in 2021. We have experienced this camper to be plenty roomy and functional. UVW 3046 lbs. Width 8'. Height 9'7". It has 1 slide-out. At 20 ft in length (16' trailer, 4' hitch) it is easy to tow and to find spots in public campgrounds and at Harvest Hosts. We enjoy the cross ventilation from the windows on each side of the bed.
Original owner modifications: shelf sink in shower removed, added exterior 110 outlet, Progressive Industries Electrical Management System installed.
Our modifications: bike rack welded to rear spare tire holder, Dura Facet quick connect detachable sprayer added to external shower, updated antenna to multi-directional, added battery disconnect switch.
Has normal wear and tear'. Lovingly maintained. Batteries (2 x 12 volt) new this year. Tires replaced 10/23.
