This unit is light enough to be pulled by a half-ton truck without compromising plenty of living space in this 33-foot unit with 3 slide outs. A full bath with a walk-in Shower at the front of the unit, while the rear half-bath features a second entry/exit door to the unit so the bathroom is accessible without tracking dirt through the main living area. It has a master bedroom, a bunkhouse and sleeper sofa which accommodates 8 people total. Utilizes either 30 AMP or 50 AMP (Adapter provided).

Unit consists of many storage areas in every area of the cabin, as well as a large pass through storage accessible from outside.

All appliances are in working order. Refrigerator/Freezer with wood panel look for better aesthetics, can run on either propane or electricity. Propane hot water heater, Propane furnace, 3 Burner Propane Stove with oven. Electric Air Conditioner (48000 BTU equivalent to a 4-ton home unit), range hood with fan and light, microwave and outlets. DC power for lights, water pump, and other amenities such as surround sound which run on 12 Volt battery located in pass-through storage compartment (front side)

The kitchen has a solid countertop, double sinks with covers (made out of same material as countertop), that lay flush to make the countertop bigger when covers are inserted over the sink providing a large work area. Pull-down sprayer faucet for use with ease. Plenty of lower and upper cabinets exist for storage, and four drawers for smaller items such as Silverware.

Centralized entertainment unit contains upper and lower cabinets and is equipped with surround sound. There is a hook up for TV (antenna on roof/adjustable from inside), AM/FM Radio, CD Player. Options to play a set of speakers in master, main cabin and outside simultaneously or independently or any combination thereof. Outside speakers currently not working. There is also a hook up for the TV Antenna in both the Master and the Bunkhouse.

Large slide out across from the kitchen contains a couch and dinette. The slide out offers 2 windows above each plus an additional window on each end of the slide out giving you better view and flexibility for cross breeze when open.

There is a RV size sleeper pullout sofa which contains storage underneath. There is also a row of upper cabinets above the couch for more storage.

Dinette is booth style with a very large drawer for storage underneath each side of the booth.

Bunkhouse is a slide out featuring three platforms for beds. A single top bunk, double bottom bunk and a treadle pullout bunk on the bottom. Two rubber mats reside under the bunkhouse slide out which can be used at the doors or anywhere when the bunkhouse slide is extended.

Back bathroom features a toilet, a sink with storage above, and a large linen closet across from the sink. There is also an additional entry/exit door opposite the bunkhouse door which allows an easy way to utilize the bathroom from outside without having to track dirt through the main living area.

Master bedroom bed is queen size (a regular queen mattress can be used instead of an RV queen mattress), there are linen type cabinets at the head of the bed with a nightstand built in as a shelf and extra cabinets on the ceiling for additional storage. There is also a large storage area under the master bed platform. This fifth wheel also is equipped with the optional wardrobe in the master containing two linen style cabinets and drawers for plenty of storage.

Master bathroom contains a toilet with a storage shelf above, a large shower with a skylight, and a vanity with a solid countertop. There is a slide door straight into the master bedroom, or there is a second door in the small hallway making the restroom accessible to the main area as well yet providing privacy for the master bedroom.

Outside lights include one at the hitch, one on each side of the pass through, One on top of the exterior front door. Frameless windows throughout the unit.

Pass through storage accessible from both sides of the unit, as well as, the front of the fifth wheel. One side features detailed instructions on how to hook up and use the unit under different circumstances. Provides easy access to water heater, most plumbing and other items under the floor of the unit. It also has an outdoor shower hook up. In the front compartment is your battery, which is vented, and also has a connect and disconnect switch.

Overall, the unit has been well cared for and issues have been addressed in a timely manner.

Curtains or shades, valances, queen comforter and decorative pillows are all original. Mattresses not provided. 4 Camco RV skylight/vent insulator pillows included for skylight/fans located in each main section of the living area. Septic items include hoses, adaptors, hose holders, caps, a 21-gallon portable septic tank with tow bar, and a valve shut off. There are two black holding tanks one for each bathroom.

Holding tank capacity: 50 gallons of fresh water, 57 gallons of grey water and a combination of 97 gallons for black water. Features dual 7-gallon propane tanks.

Large 16-foot power awning wired to have a bar of LED lights (light string not present. Awning has no rips or tears but is slightly faded due to age. Several outlets are located outside for easy convenience.
