It is plumber for a washer and dryer and has 2 air conditioners and fireplace with a retractable tv. The exterior, underbelly and roof are in excellent condition. It is a very spacious rv designed for year around living with a R-34 roof. Just remodeled with new flooring except for the bathroom.
