Due to an unexpected job out of the country Im selling my 2003 34 ft Fleetwood Flair Motorhome, model 33R. Its in excellent condition, very well maintained and totally remodeled, cabinets painted in white to update style, carpets removed, vinyl wood like planks installed instead, new water heater, new water pump, new microwave, new shower head for more flow, new fridge, all bought after 2023 and only has 7.534 miles on the drivetrain and 280 hour on the generator. Im only the 3rd owner and have a full set of manuals and records. Paid $25,000 for it in 2022 and put about $5000 of upgrades into it.

Here are the major highlights:
-Converted all interior lighting to LED Installed a new TV for main room with articulating mounts that allow TVs to move forward about 2 feet & rotate
-Installed 36 sound bar with wireless sub-woofer (hidden under the sofa) & 2 rear surround speakers
-Installed Charge Wizard device Installed 30A Electrical Management System (EMS) for extra protection of electrical system, especially when connecting to poorly maintained / mis-wired RV parks
-Installed 2-stage whole RV water filter system
-Installed 5-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filter system with built-in booster pump (for low water pressure) for the kitchen sink
-Installed a medium sized On the Go portable water softener tank that supplies the whole RV
-Installed a stylish cross-bar for the screen door for easier exit and to protect the screen
-Installed a high-quality wireless Backup Camera system with 7 monitor (never used!) needs to buy a new camera because it was stolen in storage when I traveled out of the country, unfortunately, but the wiring to power it and the monitor are perfect.
-All tires appear to be in excellent condition with a great amount of tread and no noticeable sun damage / dry rot
-All furnitures have been remodeled or painted and curtains updated to look more like a cozy home than a motorhome including both of the leather captains chairs - with no stains or damage that I am aware of
-We were careful not to drill any holes to mount anything permanently
-Comes with clean title

The previous owner said it was worth $27,000 when I bought it 4 years ago, but I didnt even question it because I was blown away by the condition and the amount of care he obviously put into it.
