We also had a technician install a water shut-off valve (a feature only available in 25 or longer Globetrotters). The Airstream has been Ceramic-Coated and serviced twice per year helping to maintain its sheen. We purchased a custom Airstream teak flooring for shower, Unit has Sirius XM added and Italian made, Airstream-installed bike rack on the back. The comfortable layout is perfect for a couple and theres room for a pet, a guest, or kids with the large U-shaped dinette that quickly converts into a second sleeping area. We have a memory foam cutout to go on top of existing cushions.
The power tongue jack and electric stabilizer jacks make setup and breakdown quick and easy. The power awning makes opening the awning effortless and there are back and service-side awnings as well.
The galley contains a 3-burner gas stove, propane oven (perfect for off-grid), and kitchen sink with a cover for additional counter space when needed. The large electric refrigerator/freezer has plenty of room for all essentials. Pull out pantry and compostable garbage (or wine chiller!) unit built in.
The bedroom has a queen bed with storage below and two large cabinets above the beds. All above cabinetry has automatic lighting and a mirror placed so you can easily see what is in each cabinet. The wall-mounted TV can be turned to allow watching from the galley/dinette or the bed area. The rear bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathroom sink with a medicine cabinet, and storage below the sink along with the toilet. The bathroom is large with lots of room, easily stand up in the shower which also includes a built-in bench (and teak flooring).
There are plenty of outside storage compartments and all the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible.
