Everything works the way it is supposed to.
Perfect travel trailer size to tow it with any SUV with a towing capacity of 5,000 lbs. We towed it with a Toyota Highlander or a 4Runner with ZERO issues. The trailer is set up to be towed with a weight distribution system and an anti-sway system. Both complete systems are included. You won’t have a slanted rear thanks to the weight distribution system (see one of the pics - trailer and 4Runner are both completely leveled) and won’t have any camper sway thanks to the anti-sway system. High winds and Trucks will pass you on the oncoming traffic and the trailer wont budge. 
We took very good care of our camper and we love it, but have to let it go as we are going a different direction.
It has zero leaks or water damage.
Tires are still in very good condition. We always stored it with tire covers to avoid UV damage.
Lots of storage under queen bed, accessible from the inside and outside and lots of storage under bunk beds. 
Heater and AC units have plenty of capacity to keep a comfortable temperature any time of the year.
It has an outdoor shower on the rear. 

Upgrades:
* Tires with a set of Maxxis M8008 ST Radial Trailer Tire 225/75R15 Much higher quality than stock tires.
* Rear bumper brackets rated to hold over 300lbs to make rear bumper usable with a hitch for a bike rack or carrying a generator in a rack. We never put that much weight on it but I used it with a bike rack with a 55lb e-bike or a 3500watt Predator generator with zero issues.
* We upgraded the spare tire mounting assembly to rear bumper. The OEM has U-bolts which are known to be a common point of failure - imagine a spare tire rolling loose in the highway. We decided to put the spare tire under the storage bunk bed to give way for a bike rack on the rear. The upgraded spare tire bracket is included though if want to have the spare tire in the rear bumper.
* Bunk beds lights have new dimmable lights.
