We purchased it for $71,000 in January 2023 for a cross-country adventure with our young son. 

The previous owners were wonderful and took exceptional care of it, as did we. Everything works, and there are no known issues.

Before the trip we made over $25,000 in improvements (including an immaculately installed high-end solar system) to make it the safest and most comfortable experience possible, with as much camping flexibility as possible. Everything works as it should. We had numerous 1 to 2 night off-grid/dry camping stays (Harvest Hosts, etc), which were our most treasured camping experiences. 

It will be hard to let her go, but we are stationary in Sedona, AZ now and we aren’t camping enough to keep it, and it seems like the right time to pass it on to other adventurers.
