Hi, Im selling my 2020 Berkshire XL 40E.

This RV was paint corrected and ceramic coated immediately when purchased new by me in 2020. The front end is also Clear Bra’d. It has Ceramic Pro strong industrial coating on the roof and all top side panels. The painted portion was paint corrected and coated with a Ceramic Pro gold package. It has been washed and maintained with ceramic products. It has been recoated with Polished Car Care Elevate after every wash. It has never been washed with a brush. The exterior looks like new and is stored inside my warehouse.

All cabinet hardware and faucets have been upgraded inside. Interior is in very good condition. Some slight signs of wear starting on the dinette bench seat. Other than that I think it is in incredible condition and maintained very well.

Tires dont have any significant signs of wear or aging. But, they are the original tires and recommend replacing in the next 2 years. This will be reflected in asking price.

I replaced the original headlights and fog lights because they were absolute garbage. The new ones are Clear Bra’d and function much better as well as looking better.

All windows have been tinted with 45% Xpel XR Plus ceramic window film. This has over 95% IR and UV heat rejection. The windshield has been tinted with 70% Xpel XR Plus ceramic film for UV and IR heat rejection as well.
