Description

Personal build out to maximize space, lithium battery capacity, and solar panel recharging capabilities. Formerly built as a corporate office, it was an easy conversion to a camper. I built this because pre-made campers were too tight, too plastic, and had too few windows to enjoy the scenery. This camper drives like a car. Length is long enough for camping comfort. Short and narrow enough to park in any lot and to gain access to highly desired national parks roads like Glacier's "To the Sun". Low enough with box to survive most drive thru's. (9' 6")

Vehicle:

TRANSFERRABLE vehicle drivetrain and electrical warranty until June, 2028 or 125,000 miles.

FORD TRUCK. There are Ford Truck dealers in every decent sized town for service and oil changes

81,000 miles. My use was highway cross country travel.

Fresh Pennsylvania Safety and Emissions Inspection (May, 2025)

Two new rear tires for the inspection. Backs went up front with good tread

Two passenger capacity for travel via the two front seats.

Rhino rack full roof top rack for solar panels and 10 cubic ft side access box

Three 100Ah Dakota Lithium Marine solar panels attached to roof rack

Dakota Lithium power mgmt system with app access

3500W Pure Sine Power Inverter for normal home use like Laptops, TV, etc.

Wired outlets for easy access.

Second bed cupped over the first as the couch.

Can sleep side-by-side or apart.

Side and back windows have installed drop-down curtains

Magnetic Screens for all doors and front windows

Dimming switched cabin-wide overhead lights

*Front seat windows and windshield come with black-out Wanderland blinders

Bougee RV refrigerator

30 Gallon Fresh water tank. Easy fill and easy empty.

9 gallon removable gray water tank

*Cooking is via gas grill stored in the roof top box or personal burner

Shower is via a hot water system out the back either in a tent or a curtain held by the open doors. I have two, you can pick the one you want.

*Toilet is a Laveo dry flush toilet (very easy and clean) that can be used inside or in the two-room shower tent.

INSURANCE CHALLENGE is to get the vehicle, as a personal build out, insured. I insured this as a personal use passenger van with GEICO to both get insurance and highest liability limits. Check with your agent or shop GEICO.

INSULATED AS A PASSENGER VAN and has a lot of windows. Bitter cold and brutally hot environments have to be supplemented with motor heat or van A/C or included portable A/C unit. Doable. But best avoided via good planning. Rooftop room for AC/Heater is available for installing such an item.

Contact me with questions. Can send up to 110 photos of everything under, in, around, and looking down on the vehicle. I am reluctantly selling because I am one person with three vehicles. One has to go. So, I'm not open to much negotiation. This is the least used on a regular basis. But it is the most fun.

*Can be negotiated out.
