This Alto is in excellent condition. It is the top of the line for stand-up teardrop trailers. A new model will cost 50 to 60 thousand.

Altos are well designed and very functional for a tiny trailer. They are very light (1800 lbs) so they can be towed by a normal car. I pull it with a Subaru Outback. It will fit in a garage with an 8' door.

I am the second owner of this Alto. The previous owner purchased it new in Canada and made several
cross country trips off the grid with solar and battery power. I have used it only a few times at state parks and it does work great and can fit into any spot.

It has been garage kept and lightly used since I owned it. It has all the standard features and more. AC ,heat, electric fridge that really works, propane water heater etc. A Google search for Alto F1473 will give you more information or contact me.
