This is a rare camper in great condition. It is all-aluminum, weighs only 1,050 pounds so can be pulled with almost any vehicle. It is the lightest weight trailer for its size that you can buy, and very roomy. I measured it at 21 feet long when set up. 2 queen sized beds and a double bed made from the dinette. Livin' Lite campers are built entirely of aluminum. No wood means lower weight and no rust, no rot, no smell. This is a high-end camper. It's a big step up from tent camping in terms of comfort and staying warm and dry. But still provides the tent camping experience, with tons of windows, light, and air. Great headroom.

It includes an Air Conditioner; the AC has never been used, so its brand new. New tires and new house battery in 2021. Battery powers 12 volt appliances, lights, fan, chargers, CPAP, etc. Air conditioner requires connection to power at the campsite. Tires are radials, speed-rated for highway travel, in excellent condition. The torsion axle system (rather than leaf springs) gives it a much smoother ride, since it's so light weight.

It does not have a stove or propane (we cook outdoors). It does have a sink that can be connected to a water supply (hose) or uses a pump for a 7 gallon water jug. Includes a screen room that attaches to the entry side of the camper. The benches and table can all come out of the camper, to use in the screen room.
