2013 PALOMINO COLUMBUS FIFTH WHEEL

There is no roughing it in this 37' 5th wheel camper that has been lovingly maintained and cared for. It has two slid outs in the main living area and a third slid out in the up front bedroom. Amenities include a king size bed in your own room. A good size bathroom with a toilet, sink, vanity and shower that can easily accommodate a 6'4" person. The kitchen sports an island, convection oven/microwave, refrigerator/freezer, gas oven with three burner stove top and a double sink with a touch-less faucet. Adjacent to the kitchen is a table that can accommodate four diners. To the rear of the camper, the living area easily seats five campers comfortably in reclining theater seating and two reclining couch seats. A large screen TV and sound bar will make your media room complete with the ambience of an electric fire place. The camper has lots of storage inside and out. Outside of the camper you will find slide out toppers, to keep the debris off of the slides, an electric awning and programmable exterior lighting under the awning. The front stabilizers are electric as well as the rear scissor stabilization jacks making hitching and unhitching a snap. When there is a chill in the air, three propane tanks power the onboard ducted heater and when its hot, two ducted air conditioners are available to chill the inside. Oh yeah, there is a 10 gallon water heater as well.

If you wish to increase the sleeping spots by two, the rear couch can be easily replaced with a couch that folds out into a queen bed.
