There is no roughing it in this 37’ 5th wheel camper that has been lovingly maintained and cared for. It has two electric slide-outs in the main living area and a third electric slide-out in the up-front bedroom. 

Bedroom amenities include an upgraded king size bed (a really comfortable RV king hybrid mattress from Brooklyn Bedding), lots of storage for clothing, a residential GE combo washer/dryer and a flat screen TV complete with a Roku device. A sliding door separates the bedroom from the rest of the camper.

The bathroom is of ample size which includes a toilet, sink, vanity and residential size shower that can easily accommodate a 6'4" person with headroom to spare. The bathroom has its own Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Fan with rain sensor to quickly exit steam and smells from the camper, if you know what I mean. 

Moving towards the rear of the camper, the kitchen sports a fixed island, convection oven/microwave, refrigerator/freezer that runs on either propane or electric, a propane oven with a three burner stove top and finally a double sink with a touch-less faucet. There is quite a bit of storage for those kitchen essentials and pantry items. Frankly, the only thing that this kitchen is missing is a dishwasher.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that can accommodate four diners with four chairs included. Further to the rear of the camper, the living area seats five campers comfortably in two reclining theater seats, two reclining couch seats and one non-reclining couch seat. A large screen Roku equipped TV is equipped with a Yamaha sound bar and bluetooth sub-woffer making your living area/media room complete. Adding to the ambience is an electric fireplace. If you wish to increase the sleeping spots, the rear couch can be easily swapped with a queen fold-out couch.

Outside of the camper you will find slide toppers to keep the debris off of the slide-outs and an electric 16’ awning with programmable LED lighting. The front stabilizers are electric as well as are the rear scissor stabilization jacks making hitching and unhitching a snap. When there is a chill in the air, three propane tanks power the onboard ducted heater and when it’s hot, two ducted air conditioners are available to chill the inside. Oh yeah, there is a 10 gallon propane/electric water heater as well.  

The roof was recently sealed with the Dicor EPDM Rubber Roof Acrylic Coating System. The suspension was upgraded to 6 leaf leaf-springs and with MORryde Heavy Duty Shackles to handle any poor roads that you may encounter. The low mileage Goodyear Endurance tires were replaced in 2023.  

Organization and storage abound in this camper. Highlights include a bicycle rack on the rear, under-carriage sewer hose holders and a MORryde Easy Reel Power Cord Spooler located in the forward storage. Two forward storages exist, one is accessible on each side of the camper and the second is facing forward, accessible from the front under the king pin.

The camper sports an internal Progressive Industries 50 Amp Heavy Duty RV Surge Protector EMS to protect your camper and personal electronics from improperly wired campground pedistals and power spikes. A EMS monitoring display is located inside the camper.
