This beautiful, luxurious, comfortable RV has been single-family owned since new. It has served us quite well! Originally owned by my parents in San Diego area and passed down to me in North Carolina area. RV has been well maintained each year, is in overall good working condition, with some minor cosmetic items needing repair or replacement (details below). We've done everything we hoped to do with the RV, travelled to many amazing places, and now it's time for a new family to enjoy it!

The floor plan expands nicely with two slide-outs, one for the main living area, and one for the private bedroom. It will sleep 4 comfortably, with 2 adults in the bedroom, and two on a pull-out couch in the living area with its own half bath (perfect for overnight guests). Upgraded cherry cabinets throughout the RV provide an amazing amount of storage space.

The bedroom is completely private with a fully closing pocket door, queen bed, flat panel Roku TV, full bathroom/shower, two separate closets paired with their own drawers below, and dedicated fully-ducted AC unit with separate thermostat.

The main living area has a full kitchen, couch with pull out bed, dining table with built-in seating for 4, dedicated fully-ducted AC unit with separate thermostat, and a flat-panel Roku TV with BluRay player. The kitchen has large 4-door raised panel gas/electric refrigerator with plenty of shelves/drawers and two separate freezers, a gas three-burner/oven combo, large under-cabinet microwave oven, solid surface countertops. Two flat panel TVs in the main living area and bedroom, each paired with a mini-Roku device, and a Blu-ray player in the living area.

The exterior features full body paint/fiberglass exterior, automatic hydraulic leveling system, large electric awning, and 10 separate storage compartments, some that pass through from one side to the other. 5,000 LB class C tow hitch.

Captains chairs have peeling vinyl (but have covers)
Couch has peeling vinyl and needs a cover, reupholstery or replacement
Recliner has peeling vinyl and needs a cover, reupholstery or replacement
Minor dings/scratches/nicks in chassis exterior, but overall great condition given age
Rugs in living area have some stains and require steam cleaning
Roof vent seals are water-tight, but due for re-sealing
