Drives excellent and everything works as it should mechanically. Awning replaced a couple years ago. Tires replaced last year. Generator works great and the AC can keep up w/ the Texas heat!! Great floor plan because it can be used very easily w/ the bumpouts in (some floor plans you have to climb over furniture to use bathroom on the road). No leaks in roof or windows. The entertainment center was removed by the dealership to give a better sleeping area in the overhead. This was my mother's RV and she had kept great care of it and kept good records.
