AS IS. Clean title in hand. Super low price on great RV layout. Why? Needs repair work! If you (or someone you know) have construction skills for RV repair, this is a great value! Original MSRP in 2019 was $28,558! New 2025s are $35 - $40,000. NEW RV Models have tons of problems and many of those issues are hidden, especially water, so no guarantees there either.

Floor water damage due to poor manufacturer craftsmanship in the storage door and lower slide out frame connections. (Despite being a 2019 pre-Covid build) Both storage doors taken out then completely resealed properly along with slide out frame connections. (May 2025) Some floor areas will need to be repaired (see area by door) and new vinyl flooring will need to be laid. Possibly one window area will need to be resealed. Finish your RV in the condition you want it to be and have no surprises (like I did).
