We bought this fifth wheel 1/14/22 to live out of for a planned remodel of our house. We are currently living out of it and our house should be done in about 2 months. We are interested in getting this sold before our move in date, or earlier, perhaps as early as end of June or early July. We have other options for living arrangements.

We have lived out of it for 12 months and it does need some TLC in certain places. We have spent some time and money getting it dialed in for living. We have organizers and shelfs in most of the cabinets. We are willing to let go a lot of stuff that we have used while living out of it if interested. Also willing to transport if diesel is paid for.

Couches probably need to be replaced. We converted the spare bedroom into a kids bedroom. We do not have the couch anymore for that room. We also made the bunk bed a little more permanent to keep it a little safer for our 2 and 5 year old.

If this gets sold before we start fixing it up, we are willing to take a couple grand off of the asking price. We would love to have this sold in the next 3-4 weeks, make an offer.
