AS IS wholesale unit. Cosmetically this unit seems to be in very nice condition for the year. However its not perfect. It is a wholesale unit, so no inspections or guarantees will be made. I do know the main appliances seem to be fine and there is some sort of plumbing leak. Water under the sink or something like that.
