Great running pulling machine.  Everything works with fresh fluid is and ready to vacation.  I did the AlCan hwy (6100miles) last year with no issues. Pulling 6000# toad and averaged 10+ mpg.  Great value when compared to newer MH of equal class. Has all mfg. features including propane 5500 onan gen (157 hrs) and the following have been upgraded in recent years: 
VersaCoat roof, flooring, 170 watt zamp solar system, 2-6 volt batteries, Gateway 4g router w/ Winegard Air 360 antenna, Awing and pop out topper fabrics replaced, pop out “wiper” seals replaced, Bilstien shocks (4), and added AirDog fuel pump and filter system for improved engine life.
Great rig, but doesn’t meet my needs anymore. $59900.
