Our 40'9" 2020 3813MS Keystone Montana is for sale! This RV is a fantastic layout, with a rear living area, a mid bath on it's own level and then the bedroom is located in the front cap area. With the bathroom on the mid-level, tall people (we are 6'5 and 6'1) can shower with alot of head room. This RV also has ample storage!

Currently our RV is in Loveland, CO at a storage facility and for those that would like to come set it we can make arrangements and meet potential buyers up there. Up until September of last year (2024), we had lived full-time in this RV since its purchase brand new in November of 2019. **This RV is a PRE-COVID build.** During winters we stayed in Texas, while the rest of the year we moved every week or two staying in RV parks/resorts, never boon docking or taken off roading to stay out in the sticks. While we put a lot of miles on this RV over the years, we also took great care of it, keeping the RV in great condition, and put in the work on this unit as we went.

In June 2024, we put on both new tires as well as upgraded our roof to a $8,500 Rv FlexArmor roof. While our old roof was fine, as full-timers we wanted something tougher that might also keep the rain quieter, the RV cooler, and a roof with reduced risk from branches or hail. This roof has a fully transferrable lifetime warranty and doesn't require the same regular inspection or replacement of sealants as traditional roofs. It's like a spray in truck bed liner for a roof its very tough!
