It's powered by a Cummins QG4000 generator with only 25.6hrs. The generator is rarely used and in excellent condition. The house interior has a spacious Queen Size bed in the rear slideout, it also has room for 2 in the overcab bed. There is a convertable futon for smaller sleepers. The kitchen has a propane powered stove/oven, gas or electric Dometic refrigerator/freezer and sink. Propane powers the hot water heater and can be shower ready in 10 minutes. House batteries include one 140Ah deep cycle battery with room for 2. The RV has been stored indoors, is clean and well taken care of. There is no fading on the exterior and everything works and runs great. The bathroom vent cover is cracked from not paying attention while backing it out of the garage, my bad. Everything looks and runs great.
