*I. General Information & Ownership History* 

1. *Has it ever been in an accident or sustained significant damage?* 

~Yes, in 2015 or 2016 the Airstream got a long scratch down the drivers side of the trailer. Some of the side panels sustained damage. We took it to the dealership to have it professionally repaired back to the original condition. Although not very significant, around 2017 the trailer struck a runaway traffic construction cone on the 101 on the passenger side fender. Because of the scratch we got the fender professionally replaced at the dealership. 

2. *Where has the Airstream been stored when not in use (e.g., covered, 

outdoors, climate-controlled)? * 

~Outdoors & uncovered in Ventura

3. *Are there any modifications to the original electrical, plumbing, or 

gas systems? If so, what were they and why?* 

~We had solar panels added so that the battery always had a charge. The water pump is getting replaced this Thursday because it ran constantly when on. We didn’t dry camp much so it never bothered us but we’re replacing it now so that everything is in perfect working condition to sell. We just installed in a new propane detector because I didn’t think that the original was working properly.

4. *Has any work been done recently?* 

~Nothing other than the new propane detector and upcoming water pump replacement.

1. *Have there ever been any leaks, especially around windows, vents, or 

seams? If so, where were they, and how were they repaired?* 

~No leaks issues

2. *How old are the tires? When were they last replaced?* 

~original tires 

*III. Interior & Appliances* 

1. *Are there any signs of water damage, staining, or soft spots on the 

floor, ceiling, or walls?* 

~No

2. *Does everything electrical work (lights, outlets, fans, air 

conditioner, furnace)?* 

~Yes

3. *Is the freshwater tank, grey water tank, and black water tank in 

good condition? Any issues with sensors or drainage?* 

~Perfect condition, no issues whatsoever. 

4. *When was the last time the holding tanks were flushed and cleaned?* 

~3 weeks ago. We flush the tanks after every single use because no one wants dirty water sitting in the tanks for any period of time longer than necessary.

5. *How old are the batteries? Do they hold a charge?* 

~Around 4 years old. The always hold a charge now that we have the solar panels. The solar panels are a game changer. 

6. *Does the converter/inverter work correctly?* 

~yes

7. *Are you comfortable with me having a professional RV inspector look 

at the Airstream?* 

~Yes, of course. 

8. *Can I hook it up to shore power and water when we come look at it?* 

~Yes, of course. We have all of the correct hooks ups here at our home.
