We've had this RV for 4 years and immediately replaced the flooring, had the couches reupholstered, new fridge, new awnings, a new toilet and new blinds. We also had everything serviced and got new tires. We've taken it on many trips and it's been well loved. You won't have the issues you'd have with an RV that has lower miles, but it sits all year long!

If you have small kids - we added 3 anchors behind the couch, because we have 3 in car seats (the couch has a small tear from installing a car seat extra tight). You can also fit 2 pack and plays on the living room/kitchen!
