Super clean and only 45k miles, this gem was used as our guesthouse and barely driven, but we did keep it excellent driving condition replacing and repairing the following:

New water pump

New AC compressor 

New inverter

New suspension

New catalytic converters (2)

New stairs

New caulking on the roof

New queen mattress but it’s a bit too long for the space. Recommend replacing with memory foam and cutting to correct size for easier access in and out of bedroom. Will knock $500 off if purchased without mattress as we’d like to keep it.

Use it as affordable housing or drive off into the sunset!
