2006 Springdale 5th wheel trailer 28ft

All appliances still fully functional. Heater and AC work great. Refrigerator can be ran off either propane or electric. The oven runs off propane. Trailer is currently winterized but the toilet and shower in the bathroom can be used if necessary. The built-in radio that came with the trailer is no longer existent because it never worked very well and was draining the battery when the trailer wasnt hooked up to a power source because it wouldnt turn off so I disconnected it.

Partially remodeled in the kitchen/living room area with painted cabinets and new flooring installed. The bedroom zone, bathroom, and storage area in the back of the trailer where two bunk beds used to be did not get painted. The two bunk beds were removed in order to make more room for storage. The black futon in the pop-out area was purchased from IKEA. It can fold down flat and be used as another bed if needed. The original bed in the trailer was replaced with a queen sized Costco mattress(very comfy).

The awning of the trailer is no longer existent because it was slowly degrading and tearing away so i decided to just cut it off one day. Overall the trailer is in good shape. Theres a couple scuffs and a few minor dents on the outside of the trailer. Also could use a new paint job but overall the trailer is in good shape.
